The syllabub in the Fitzhugh pattern is one of the most sought after patterns of Chinese Export for the American and continental markets. Used for a dessert drink in the colonies, many versions of the recipe survive, hundreds on the internet. Slightly larger than the pot a creme version, syllabub make a great addition to a collection.
